Vinification After macerating for 3 days at 54 oF, the grapes from our own vineyards ferment at a controlled temperature of 79 oF, in order to extract their full potential and varietal expression.
Aging 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Then ages 6 more months in the bottle.

Intense, cherry–red tone, with medium- high depth and purple rim.Complex aromas. Appropiate ageing ensures a good balance between the aromas contributed by oak the oak and ripe. Fruity varietal aromas of wild berries. This is an expressive wine in the mouth, full of flavours. Very harmonious palate.

Pairing roasted meats, cheese and baked fish

Type of Wine Red Crianza.

Vinification  We select from our vineyards the best acres of Syrah. Arriving at the winery at the moment of optimum maturity, we start with a controlled fermentation at low temperature for 5 days to extract all its potential and the expression of the grape variety. It’s macerated and fermented for 20 days with frequent pumping over with aeration.

Aging 8 months in American oak barrels and then ages 8 more months in the bottle.
