Tasting Note

Bright straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections

The aroma is elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone that includes peach, pear, grapefruit and lemon. Herbal aromas (fennel) with a mineral memory can also be perceived.

In the mouth again appear the notes of fruit. Sweet and elegant with a soft touch of bitterness, typical of the Verdejo grape variety.

Recommended temperature 45ºF Pairing Pasta, rice, fish, seafood, smoked and soft cheeses.
